1) Marathon Group Training...looking to run your 1st marathon or beat your time from your last marathon? We will help you get there with the proper training, instuction and diet.
2) Destination Saturdays...Saturday morning boot camps will be held at different locations. We will be doing hills, stairs, beach runs, hikes, etc. Sign up for Destination Saturdays.

One on One Personal Training Plans:
Prices listed below are per session.
Sessions range from 35-45 minutes long.
(dependent upon your personal goal)
12 sessions: Once a week is $75
12 sessions: 2x's a week $65
12 sessions: 3x's a week $55
Personal Training may include: weight training, cardiovascular training, core and flexibilty, boxing, interval training, weight loss, tone and scultping exercises, other methods dependent upon each individual goal.
I will also guide you in your dietary consumption for your ultimate Extreme Results!
I also offer In-Home personal training. I travel to you!
You have the convenience of working out in the privacy of your own home and I utilize the many everyday amenities in your house and backyard that you never thought about as exercise equipment. Along with that, I bring my personal pieces of equipment that I may feel is necessary for a great full body workout!
Workouts are intense, no gym membership needed!
Prices vary depending upon travel time (area). Minimum addition to training price of $25 per session.
